Shipping Fees & Timescales

 

UK Shipping:

 

Standard parcelforce
UK orders will be despatched free of charge, for orders £60.00 and over. 
For orders under £60.00 a p&p charge of £4.99 will be added.

 

Special Deliveries - 48hrs

UK orders will be despatched free of charge, for orders £80.00 and over. 
For orders under £80.00 a p&p charge of £14.99 will be added.

 

Unless specified otherwise, all UK orders are sent on the Parcelforce service or first class post for smaller items. This service takes 3-5 working days.

 

Most orders placed before 12.00 noon will be despatched on the same day.
Any orders placed after this time may not be despatched until the following day.

 

Please note that during busy periods orders may take an extra day to process.

 

Some Items may not be available in stock at the time of purchase, please note that stock details posted online are only estimates. It may take an additional 2 days to restock before an item can be despached. Customers placing orders online will be notified by email or by phone if deliveries are likely to be delayed.

RACKET SPORTS RETURNS POLICY

Products must be returned to us within 28 days of purchase.

 

Please enclose a COPY OF THE INVOICE and a covering letter explaining what the problem is and whether you would like a refund or a replacement. A copy of the e-mail confirmation is not sufficient and does not count as a proof of purchase. If you do not include all of the necessary paperwork then the refund or replacement of your goods may be delayed or not be completed.

 

Racket Sports will only refund the postage back to you if we have made a mistake, i.e. sent out the incorrect size and will not refund the postage if we have sent out what you have ordered.

 

Rackets
If you have cause to return a racket to us, we will only refund or replace the racket if it HAS NOT BEEN USED IN ANYWAY. There must be no ball fluff or wear to the strings, no chips or scratches to the paintwork and the plastic must be still around the handle.

 

Shoes
We will only be able to refund or replace shoes if they have not been played in, used outside or have any other mark caused by the customer. Shoes should be tried on before throwing the box away as we will require the box if you would like a refund or a replacement.

 

Clothing
We will only be able to refund or replace clothing if the item has not been worn (this does not include trying on for size), washed or had the label removed. Clothes should also be put back into the packaging before returning them to us. Once again, please include all of the necessary paperwork with your goods when you return them back to us.

 

Returning items to us
Racket Sports recommends that you send all items back to us via some form of recorded delivery so that we have to sign for it. This means that if your parcel is lost in the post then you will be able to claim from the carrier who posted your parcel for the goods that were lost. If you return your parcel via a form of delivery that is not guaranteed then Racket Sports will accept no responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged.

 

If you believe that you have been sent the incorrect item, please first call us on 01388818297 so that we can authorise the refund of your postage before sending the goods back to us.  If we agree to credit your postage, you will also need to enclose a receipt for your postage so that we can refund you, failure to produce a valid receipt for the postage may result in us not refunding the full amount to you. If you do not call to have your postage refund authorised then the postage charge may not be credited.
